Show Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, vendors, and members, the Maumee Valley Gun Collectors Association (MVGCA) has established a set of rules that must be followed at all of our shows. These guidelines help maintain a professional environment for buying, selling, and displaying firearms and collectibles while promoting responsible gun ownership and compliance with all applicable laws.

All attendees and vendors are expected to review and adhere to these rules before participating in our events. Failure to comply may result in removal from the show or loss of future participation privileges. Please take a moment to read the rules below to ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO LOADED FIREARMS IN THE SHOW AT ANYTIME.

  • All firearms must be zip tied at all times

  • All CCW holders must have personal firearms unloaded and zip tied before entry or leave your firearm in your vehicle.

  • All Firearms must be ziptied to prevent the firing mechanism from working.

  • No buying, selling, or trading firearms outside the hall or in the parking lot.

  • All Table holders that are leaving early must leave through the front entrance. You may not leave through any of the side entrances. There is no exception to this rule.

  • Don’t even ask why the uniformed deputy sheriff’s have their firearms, you know why and if not we will sign you up for a remedial class.
